Whether you are new to land in BC or have worked on BC energy projects for some time, this seminar series will provide insights, how-to's, tips and tricks, and regulations from both an industry and regulator perspective regardless of your experience level.

CAPLA & CAPL are pleased to host the Oil & Gas Commission ("OGC") as presenters for Session 1 and 2.
This will be an interactive conversation with members of the OGC as they provide information on the Regulatory Framework, an OGC Overview, Indigenous Relations regulations and how to consult with communities, Permitting, and AMS. You will learn where to find information, recent changes, common challenges in submitting applications, the OGC's process and what is reviewed during permitting. You will have the opportunity to ask questions beforehand during registration, as well as during the sessions. Session 1 and 2 will be free of charge for attendees!

Session 3 and 4 will enhance what the OGC discussed by providing real life examples and information on the C&N process, AMS, Acquisitions, Surface Rights decisions, Titles & Registrations, Third Parties and Roads. These sessions will be presented by industry individuals experienced working on a variety of BC land projects, including both an in-house and service provider perspective.
