Alain Parisé
Senior Director Land and Permitting - Trans Mountain
Alain has over 30 years of experience in the pipeline industry - starting in Eastern Canada moving to Alberta in 2006. During this time period he has led departments at the Director level in Land, Indigenous Relations, Stakeholder Engagement, Permitting, Off Footprint Engineering, Damage Prevention and Public Awareness. He started his career at TC Energy and was there for 20 year supporting such projects as Keystone, Keystone XL, Coastal Gas Link and Energy East along with supporting operations and power projects. After two years at Alliance Pipeline as Director, Corridor, he joined Trans Mountain in January 2019 spending the last 5 years supporting the Trans Mountain Expansion Project and leading the operations land team. In this last role, Alain has been accountable for leading one of the largest land acquisition programs, land administration programs, provincial permitting programs and regulatory programs (right of entry, detailed route hearings and deviation applications) in Canadian history.
