P.Land / PSL Certification
The main objective of the CAPL's Professionalism program is to encourage landmen to attain the highest level of proficiency
and ethical conduct. Qualifying candidates will be required to pass an examination testing the many facets of land work.
The Professionalism Mission Statement is to encourage landmen to develop a high level of professional proficiency and ethical
conduct and to provide a standard by which landmen, industry members and groups, related government departments and the
public can accept as reliable evidence that a person has attained same.
The Professionalism Procedure Document outlines the requirements for attaining the P.Land and/or PSL Designation.
